FAQ

Which size should I choose?

For children, pick the lighter 60 cm koala (0.68 kg). The 65 cm koala and capybara (1 kg) suit older kids and adults who prefer a heavier, cozier hug.

Where is the weight?

The weight sits in the front of the long arms, so they rest gently over your lap or shoulders while the body stays soft and squishy.

Is it a medical product?

No. It’s a soft, comforting plush companion designed for cozy, calming cuddles — not a medical or therapeutic device.

Does it make a good gift?

Yes! It’s a cute, cozy gift for kids, teens and adults — ideal for birthdays, holidays or a little self-care treat.

Safety: We recommend the 0.68 kg size for children and the 1 kg size for older kids and adults. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Not suitable for babies, and not for sleep for infants. Never place a weighted plush over a child’s face or head.
