What is Gel Nail?
In General the Gel Nails is super smooth so it makes for a great base to any regular nail polish color!
Put a clear base using Nail Gel and cure it, then use Nail polish.
You can use regular nail polish over gel nails as long as the polish color is darker then the gel nails.
The fantastic thing about gel nails (not gel polish) is that it is impervious to solvents so you can change the color as often as you wish
You can get your Nail Gel in a neutral kind of color (e.g. black, nude) and then create a new mani on top with normal nail polish.
Remove that nail polish with non-acetone remover and you still have your intact gel underneath that acts as the perfect base.
The best part is gel nails are very smooth which make it easy to apply nail paint over them.
But if you find any ridges on them, then by applying the clear base; you can cure it.
After that, you can apply your favorite color nail paint on them.
In case you are using gel over nail polish then it gives a great finishing to nails.
